Key milestones that define our path of growth

1998

Company Established

Synergy Crop Seeds was founded in Jodhpur, Rajasthan with a mission to provide quality seeds to the farming community of western India.

2001

R&D Centre Established

Set up a dedicated research centre with modern facilities for developing new crop varieties suited to arid and semi-arid conditions.

2003

Seed Processing Plant

Commissioned a state-of-the-art seed processing plant spread over 10 acres with scientific warehousing facilities.

2005

Pvt. Ltd. Registration

Converted to a Private Limited Company — Synergy Crop Seeds Pvt. Ltd. (SCSPL) — marking a new era of structured growth and governance.

2007

First R&D Certification

Received Research & Development certification from DSIR (Department of Scientific and Industrial Research), Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India.

2009

Cotton & Mustard Varieties

Launched first Bt Cotton hybrids and bold-seeded mustard varieties developed from our own R&D programme.

2011

Moong Breakthrough

Released Synergy Virat moong variety — an extra bold, short-duration variety that became a farmer favourite across Rajasthan and MP.

2013

Guar Seed Portfolio

Introduced Guar X-10 and Guar X-28 varieties to meet growing demand from the guar gum industry.

2015

Vegetable Seed Division

Entered the vegetable seed segment with hybrids of tomato, chilli, capsicum, and cucurbits developed through collaborative research.

2017

Paddy & Basmati Portfolio

Launched hybrid paddy and basmati varieties for north Indian markets, expanding from traditional dryland crop focus.

2019

R&D Station in Gujarat

Established a new research station in Gujarat to develop varieties suited to the Gujarat-Maharashtra agro-climatic zone.

2021

Nutritop Fodder Brand

Launched the "Nutritop" fodder seed brand with multi-cut jowar, bajra, and maize varieties for the dairy and livestock sector.

2023

New Processing Plant

Commissioned a modern seed processing plant with 9 processing lines, 2.5 lakh sq. ft. scientific warehousing, and cold storage facility.

2024

Pan-India Expansion

Expanded distribution network to 12+ states with regional offices in Jaipur, Indore, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Patna, and Ranchi.
